|Recommended: YesCleaning And Organization In Common Areas — Despite the fact that the administration tries to have everything organized, unfortunately the tenant do not respect the facilities. The garbage area on the floor is always a mess, especially on weekends, shopping carts in the elevator or literally left in the corridor .
The first impression is the Lobby and how it does not look appropriate.

|Recommended: NoCould Have Been Better Insulated To Combat The Amount Of Noise In Each Apartment — I would not recommend if you suffer from PTSD the walls are super thin, so thin you can hear snoring, each step ,each time the water is running in the bathtub, each conversation, etc.

|Recommended: YesExtremely Happy I Moved Here. — Parking is easy. The apartment itself is fantastic. I'm a huge fan of the layout, spacious and comfortable. The maintenance staff has been extremely fast on 90 of the maintenance orders I have submitted. I like how everything can be done online, from viewing the leasing documents, to the maintenance orders, to paying rent, all through the portal on their website. Makes things easier for myself and for the building staff.

|Recommended: NoLarge Apartments- Run Down Building — I have been a tenant at Biscayne Shores for 6 months. I have experiences roaches in my apartment that were inherited from the last tenant, garbage regularly left on the floor and grounds of the property, the elevator breaks down at least twice a month and the quality of the cabinets, fixtures and overall structure of the building is poor and very poorly upgraded. I also don't understand why ever floor does not have a set of washers and dryers when the laundry rooms are built into already. The apartments are spacious and the noise level is low for a building with these many apartments but the dirtiness of the grounds and the lack of money that the owners seem to want to invest in upgrading the building is very disappointing.

|Recommended: YesJennifer Keeps It Great But Really Needs Some Cosmetic Work Asap — Honestly I’m gonna be straight up the stairwells need to be painted they look terrible I hear people talking about it all the time what good is it if your apartments are nice but the stairs leading up to them look like something out of the projects. The elevators are also disgusting. Now I am a registered nurse and the washer and dryer situation is absolutely a health hazard no hot water with all of these people using them. Cold water doesn’t kill germs and bacteria. The department of health would shut this place down. Jennifer needs help she
